Which wrong answer to fix first

Percentages fail because ratio fails, and ratio fails because fractions do. A list of wrong answers hides that: it shows three crosses where there is one problem, and it invites reteaching the last thing that broke rather than the first. This orders the topics by what has to work before what, finds the wrong ones that nothing broken comes before, and says how many of the other crosses those explain.
